A Miña is a Galician gin, of the Dry Gin type. Made with the authentic Padrón pepper, D.O.P pemento de Herbón, but with an international vocation that claims the origin, it is infused with carefully selected proportions to obtain a perfect balance between the flavours and aromas of the different ingredients, using a slow and very careful distillation process, during distillation the temperature and flow of steam is carefully controlled to obtain maximum purity and quality.
The result is a unique and genuine gin, with a light spicy and herbaceous touch combined with fruity and citrus notes, smooth and very fresh.
