Bedrock Gin is a gin produced in 2008 by Vince Wilkis and distilled at Langley Distillery in the traditional London Dry style. Inspired by the Lake District, it uses Cumbrian spring water from Ennerdale and 11 botanicals that are macerated overnight prior to distillation, including oak bark from the National Park that is over 150 years old, which is incorporated in the fourth distillation. The unique blend of botanicals distilled with Cumbrian kiln dried oak bark gives it a distinctive flavour, with aromas of juniper and flowers, but with an unmistakable hint of oak wood, very balanced, smooth and sweet on the palate.
